Live monitoring, remote service and engineer coordination are conditional. AmpHearth first validates the vendor access needed for monitoring or remote support and confirms engineer availability before coordinating an on-site visit. Until those checks are complete for your site, monitoring and engineer support are not confirmed.

What records can be kept for our site and chargers?

Site owners, operators and AmpHearth staff maintain the records relevant to their workflow by hand. Depending on the site and its service arrangements, records can include equipment details, inspection and routine maintenance entries, fault and repair notes, warranty claim information, reporting applicability, and service invoices. These entries are records of information entered by people; they do not provide live charger monitoring or independently verify that work or an outcome occurred.

Are inspections and reporting the same for every site?

No. Reporting applicability and inspection needs depend on the equipment and site. AmpHearth can help organise applicable reporting and, where required, arrange inspection or test work with an appropriately qualified person. The scope is confirmed for your site; a manually maintained record is not a compliance certification or proof of a service outcome.
